Meals at Meetings
When meeting at the Hartnoll, Grace (or a non-religious invocation) will be said at 1945hrs promptly.
Wednesday meetings at the Hartnoll Hotel,will normally £17.00 for the meal + £2,00 for the draw and £0.33 card reader costs
Annual subs for 2024-25 are due 01-07-24 …£115 (+ supplement if paid using sum-up machine). Please pay by 14-07-24 latest.
Remember:
Apologise or confirm guests attendance by 11.00 am on each Tuesday or you will be charged for the meal which will have been booked for you. This applies to ALL members but not guests or Friends of EVR. (The former exception for senior members no longer applies).
Please do not change your minds. Keep your meal choice to those on offer only.
At the meal, do not take a dessert that you haven’t ordered, it causes great confusion.

Monday
The Hartnoll will send the menu to David Disney who will then circulate members
Tuesday
BEFORE 11am at the latest, members MUST let David know if apologising, and (if attending) of any dietary issues arising from the menu .
The Hartnoll will always plan and charge for full attendance unless apologies are in by 11am on this day. If you do not give apologies in time you will be charged for your meal as EVR will be charged by the hotel even if you do not attend.
Please contact David and not the Hartnoll if you want to book in additional guest meals . David liaises with the Hartnoll.

Wednesday
On arrival please pay the duty Rotarian for your meal and optional draw tickets by card = £19.33*** to include three draw tickets Please do this asap and in time for him to enjoy his own evening. Payment for meals will no longer be accepted in cash. If you have a guest your are responsible for his/her payment.
