The Templeton Trail is back by Popular Demand - Sunday 14th April 2019
Choice of (approx:) 5K & 10K for differing abilities
The Templeton Trails will take place on Sunday 14th April 2019. An exciting cross-country fun run where you will get to see stunningly beautiful parts of Devon's countryside at its glorious Springtime best during a 5k or 10k run wholly off the road.
Last year saw the largest turn-out of runners to date for this event, and without exception the feedback was positive about the experience. Do come along with your fellow runners and help us to make this year bigger and better than ever.
The event will be off-road, principally using the attractive private woodland roads and tracks of the Cruys Morchard Estate, an experience unique to this event. Up hill and down dale, and if you are lucky, through a couple of streams as well so a few wet and muddy areas are to be expected, (they aren't guaranteed, but be prepared for them all the same - it all adds to the fun).
The event will start and finish at Templeton village hall, EX16 8BJ where drinks and light snacks will be available.
Free parking is also available.

This is a cross country fun run, so there will be hills, uneven surfaces and the chance to get a little muddy... for those who are interested, here is the hill profile. There's a nice long downhill at the start, and the best bit is, you get to run back up it at the end.
