Attractions for 2019

We have quite a show in store for you all this year with many acts invited.  Come back to this page nearer the time for the full program of stage acts, music, entertainment and exhibits as well as the Dog Show, Craft Marquee, Fun fair and Classic vehicle show..

Those stage or music acts confirmed for 2019 so far include in no particular order :-

  • Men Behaving Tradly        A Vintage Jazz band this year with an added Sousaphone!
  • Taiko Japanese Drummers.     An old favourite with our audiences who will be getting the show off to a lively start.
  • Windslide  A Cajun style 3-piece including a slide guitar and a Didgeridoo!
  • Voiceworx  A Kentisbeare singing group for all ages from 7 to 70.
  • Steam Driven Thing.    An Uffculme based band playing an eclectic mix of music around the showground.
  • Bottletop Boogie Band.  As the name implies a real mixture of musical fun.
  • Blackout City.   A 4 piece band from Somerset playing hits from the 80s, 90s and 00’s  
  • Willow Tree.    A musical theatre group from Tiverton.
  • Uffculme Primary School choir. 
  • Higher Beings..Circus workshop in the “Main ring” plus Dreckly Dragon who will be doing his own thing around the showground​

Games and Sports

Welly Wanging is an iconic British Sport with it's own annual World Championship! It even has it's own Wikipedia page! If you're interested in finding out more about Welly Wanging you can do so here. 

Food Galore

No need to feel hungry, we'll have lots of choice for food on the day...
There will also be many local food producers with fresh produce to buy, a varied selection of hot & cold food stalls; Ice Creams; Licensed Bar, Tea Tent, & Coffee stall; Exe Valley Rotarians will also be serving freshly BBQ'd hot dogs and burgers.
In fact plenty to tantalise those taste buds!
